Billy has been a member of the department since 2004. Billy is one of the department's first responders. He is married to Jamie and they have a son Reagen and a daughter Izabella (Bella). His wife, Jamie, is also a member of the department. Billy has received a number of awards over the years.

Meet Sam Stacks

Sam was hired by Burnet County ESD 9 as their Fire Code Enforcement Officer (Fire Marshal) and started October 1, 2019.  Sam began his firefighting career in 1998 working for Horseshoe Bay Fire Rescue.  In 2005 Sam accepted a position with the City of Marble Falls Fire Rescue, where he currently serves as a Captain for C-Shift.  Sam has been a certified Fire Inspector for 10 years and a certified Fire Investigator for 9 years.

The Spicewood VFD is looking for both males and females that would like to join our department and help the community out when in need. We provide all training. Come to the business meeting held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7:30.
